Google Analytics, Matomo & BI Consultant

So, what's our dream version of you?

Maybe not all of the following tasks from day one, but within a few months, we expect you to:

• Set up and maintain GA4 properties, including custom events, conversions, user properties, and cross-domain tracking
• Set up and maintain Matomo analytics tracking for client sites
  
• Propose and document robust dataLayer structures to support accurate and scalable tracking
  
• Implement and manage tags using Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  
• Proactively explore and debug tracking issues, and propose and implement fixes
  
• Set up monitoring systems to detect anomalies or missing data in GA4
  
• Ensure every website is tracked by at least GA4 and Microsoft Clarity
  
• Conduct audits to validate data accuracy, event firing, and tagging consistency
  
• Support tracking and alerting for key performance marketing metrics, including early warnings for overspending in advertising campaigns
• Develop and maintain A/B testing infrastructure for client sites. Provide evaluation reports, explanation and presentation of A/B tests results for clients.

Business Intelligence (BI) Specialist

• Collect, clean, and integrate data from GA4, Clarity, CRM, e-commerce platforms, and internal databases
  
• Create dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI
  
• Build data models and transformations to enable consistent and reliable reporting
  
• Maintain and optimize existing dashboards, and automate reporting pipelines
  
• Understand, support and integrate all existing company data sources into BI database. Maintain BI data integrity. Prepare database views for BI reporting tools.
• Develop integrated reporting from key data sources – BI database, Matomo (per project), internal Buxus databases (order data), or external databases - to enhance how clients view, filter, and present data at the level of orders, products, and categories

Qualifications:

• GA4 & MATOMO expertise
• At least 2 years experience with BI tools
• Independence and initiative in solving problems
• Attention to detail and consistency
• High learning capacity
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
